His Luna, Her Alpha

Decades later, Ryder is running his pack as the Alpha, and doesn't do much other than work. No time for women, or a social life. Arrogant and ruthless, he doesn't care to enjoy anything except his pack, and making sure everything is running smoothly. He doesnt care about material items, and loves a simple life of meat and veg for dinner.

Bright lights and caramel lattes in the city keep Mia happy. Her life is all working as an editor in a big time publishing house. Her life is busy, with never a time to sit and have a moments silence that she longs for. A hard week of work, and she's at her breaking point. Not saying a word to anybody as she packs up a suitcase, grabs her keys and drives off to a place unknown, letting fate decide where she should end up, or who she's about to meet.

Two people destined to be together, finally meet again.

"It is, You're in your heat" i chuckled "it will pass in a few days but even after that, the mate bond is strong so I think you'll still feel the same. And don't worry It's the same for me"

“Well I don’t think it’ll pass for me.” I gazed into his eyes, kissing him once more before I pulled away and fixed myself up. “Alright lover, let’s go for a walk”

[Demona]

I chuckled "a walk huh? Are you planing on jumping me again anytime soon?" I fixed myself and got out of the car "those woods are sacred, no one is allowed to be in here. But We're Alpha and Luna"

“How come no one else is?” I asked looking around. “What happens if somebody visits?”

[Demona]

"I'll tell you a secret, this is where my parents well... conceived me. That's why I have special blood. And I think you were too." I paused and looked at her "no one knows though. They just know it's a private land owned by my family and no one is allowed to go there"

“Really?” I was shocked by all of this and intregued. “Do you have books on all of this, I mean your family and pack? Maybe I can read up on things so I know what to do.”

[Demona]

"No not really... but if you need someone you want to talk to, you have my mom. She knows everything about us. Did you know she's a witch?"

[melbender]

“What really? You’re joking right?” I couldn’t believe she was a witch. “That’s crazy, I wouldn’t have guessed that.” I say holding his hand “so what happens when somebody comes here who aren’t a Luna or Alpha?”

[Demona]

"Yes she's a very special witch. She likes get premonitions and all. Well as I said, it's private land so the pack never come here they know how wolves are territorial. But if rogues or other wolves come here they are either killed or punished. Depends on what the wolves council decide." I took her hand and opened the gate letting her go in first "we don't really understand the power of the land, and it's kind of scary."

“That’s really creepy, to an outsider I mean.” I looked around the land at what I could see. “It’s beautiful out here though. You have so many things that are different to the rest of the world.”

[Demona]

"Yeah it is. I can get why you find it creepy, but imagine having wolves like me, with blood that can heal, even wake the dead. This could go so wrong." I pointed to a cabin nearby "I used to come here when I was little to hide. People were after me because of my blood. I hid in New York, I hid in Paris and then we realized this was the best place to hide. It offered me protection"

“does your blood heal everyone?” I asked, “what happens to you if you’re hurt?” I stopped walking again and frowned “are people still after you? Do they know about your blood?”

[Demona]

"No... my mother made it look like I was dead. And she cast a protection spell on me. They can't find me. If I get hurt, I heal faster than any other wolf... look I don't know what exactly but I'm sure you're special as well. You were conceived on these lands as well so..."

“Of course I’m special.” I laughed, but thought for a second “what about our baby? What happens when they find out you have children, will they come for them?”

[Demona]

I paused shrugged "I never thought about it but we'll have a spell on them as well. Don't worry, i'll always protect my family no matter what"

“How are you so amazing, I never thought men like you existed anywhere other than books.” I smiled, as we kept walking again. “Is there anything else I should know about you?”

[Demona]

"Yes... I'm usually over protective and possessive. So just a heads up of what life with me will look like. I can get very jealous over the smallest things."

[melbender]

“Well that’s good to know.” I laughed, “I’m generally an open book. I’ll never lie to you, I don’t really get angry with anything unless I’m really upset. I’m also a great cook.” I wrapped my arms around his waist “I like the you’re possessive.”

[Demona]

"A great cook huh? When will you cook me a nice meal?" I grinned "if I'm ever mad at you, just cook me something nice or maybe kiss me"

“If you’re ever mad at me, I’ll take my clothes off and walk away.” I grinned. “But I doubt you’ll be mad, I’m pretty easy going, amd the way to a mans heart is through his stomach, so I’ll cook for you someday.”

[Demona]

I groaned at the image of her naked body and picked her ip so she was straddling my waist "I'm really really happy the moon goddess gave me you as a mate. That's the most amazing gift she could give me"

“I’m so happy that she did too” I cupped his face as I gazed into his eyes and smiled “my life has changed so much within days and I wouldn’t ever wish for this to change. I am so insanely happy.”

[Demona]

"Yeahhh me too. I wanted to ask you about sonething though" i put her back on her feet and lead the way to the cabin "what did you do in New York before coming here? For a living I mean"

[melbender]

“I was working at a publishing house, a book editor. I would seek out yo snd coming authors, and then publish them. It’s a lot more to it, but that’s the short version.” I smiled.

[Demona]

"I see... is it something you love to do? I mean staying here with me... there's not much of opportunities" i pushed the door to the cabin open "as you know, no humans live here. Are you ready to give up your career?"
