I smiled. “I’ll be okay but if that is what you want I can do that.” I kissed her head. “Baby I don’t want you to worry about me while you are away just enjoy and have fun. Okay.”

“I’d like Tom to come and stay.” It would ease my mind. “And when I’m home, we can spend the day doing anything you want, watching movies and lounging around together.”

I smiled. “Sounds good baby how about we watch a movie now anyone you want and we can just hold onto one another.” I knew I would be sleeping before the beginning credits but I just wanted her in my arms.

“Ok.” I snuggled down, and knew he was soon asleep by his breathing. I kept watching the movie, but after awhile I just stared at him until I dozed off. My alarm sounded and I quietly got up, I didn’t want to wake him. He was so peaceful. I kissed him goodbye and left for the airport to wait for dad.

I woke on her couch alone and hated that I didn’t get to see her off. I was so depressed and it was just the first day without her. I groaned and tried to get up but it was taking forever. I finally got up and got some food as I was sitting at the kitchen table Sam walked in. I knew from his face I looked bad I was loosing weight like crazy.

“Shit.” He stated. “Lily asked me to check on you, said she left but you were asleep. Maybe we should try and bulk you up when you’re feeling a bit better.”

I nodded. “With her gone it’s going to be hard, fuck I miss her already.” I sighed not wanting to met his face. “It took me about an hour just to get to this spot. I’m hungry.”

“Well, good thing I know how to cook.” He grinned not wanting him to get down or feel bad. Sam opened the fridge and laughed “looks like lily thought of you.” He smiled, “she’s made your breakfast to reheat and a shit tonne of frozen meals” he moved aside showing him the freezer. “Alright, breakfast rolls coming right up.”

I smiled. “I’m going to marry her you know!” She just made me so happy. “Hey can you grab my phone from my room I need to hear her voice before her flight.” I needed to hear it. I needed to tell her I love her.

“I’m sure you will” he just smiled at him as he tossed the phone over. “We should also give your head a shave, chicks go crazy for that army look.” He winked

I shook my head. “I don’t want chicks going crazy I just want lily man.” I rubbed my head and noticed more hair falling out. “But yeah we need to shave my head.” I called and smiled waiting on her to answer.

“I miss you.” I said into the phone. “We’re about to board, and then I have to hand my phone in when we land. It’s going to suck not hearing your voice for weeks.” I said quietly, frowning as dad smirked into his phone. “Ugh, I wish we had more time together before I left.”

I felt bad. “Me too baby I’m so sorry for being so tired.” I hated that I slept most this week. “I love you baby I’ll be here when you get home. Have fun!”

I looked at dad as our plane was called “just promise me you won’t be wearing a Speedo. I can’t handle that.” Definitely not

I shook my head. “I only wear those for your mum so don’t worry!” I laughed more. “We will be okay without hem for a little time I promise, specially having each other to lean on okay.” I knew she was worried about Gunnar but I knew her mum would make sure he was okay.

“I know dad.” I followed him to the gate, boarding first class. I was nervous, but definitely ready for this adventure. “We’ll be back before we know it.” I said and off we went

I laughed as we headed out. I hoped this all went by super quick because I’m going to be that sap on tv stating my love for char. I laughed at the thought.

It’s been a few weeks now and lily and I are kicking ass in the comps to the point I think people are fearing us! It was great. I missed char a lot and I’m sure lily missed Gunnar, but if this jerk doesn’t stop eyeing my daughter I’ll kick his ass in more than the comps.

“I’m getting abs.” I was so happy with my physical appearance, I felt stronger than I ever had. “I’d love a steak tho instead of these meals” I was used to not eating over here now. I missed Gunnar like crazy each day and the nights were harder. Joe smiled as he walked past. I looked at dad “he’s such a creep.” I mumbled

I looked up. “Yeah I don’t like how he looks at you and then keep pulling you to where he is all the time! I swear if he try’s to touch you I’ll kill him lily!” I wasn’t happy and I could only imagine how they make it look to the people watching, I wondered how Gunnar saw it all.

“Well it’s not long I go willingly, I’m trying to be nice but you see how it is.” I groaned, and laid down on my bed. “What do you think they’re doing? I hope Gunnar is ok” I had left him in a bad shape and i just prayed that he had his strength back. Being here had also made me question my career choices. “I think I want to be a personal trainer, or healthy cafe Instead of being a lawyer.”

I laughed as one of the shows people told lily to walk over to a spot. “Lily be careful okay. I’m here if you need me.” I had a bad feeling about this but I signed a damn contract and so did she.

I was confused, but his hand on my wrist and then he smirked saying low enough only I could hear “you know you want me.. how about we take a walk.” I was horrified and stood, standing away only to give him a hard shove in the chest and then punch him in he face. “Don’t fucking touch me!”

Laying there waiting on lily to come back to camp made me wonder what was taking so long.

The production stepped up and pulled lily aside . “Lily we need you to take a walk with him, nothing will happen we will have the camera on you at all times. It’s just to give the show more romance or the thought of romance.”

“I have a boyfriend. I didn’t sign up for a romance show, what about Leah, she’s single and hot for him. I’m not.” Where was my dad? I looked around needing his help and felt pressured beyond my own control.

The producer shook his head. “She wouldn’t be good for this, but you your perfect and we need this right now this is what people want, and technically you signed the contract saying that this is a possibility, we wanted to try your dad but we are a little scared of him to be honest. But you, you have what it takes and we already know about your boyfriend, joe is suppose to bring it up in your walk.” He sighed. “We will be there the whole time nothing will happen.”
