I woke up when it was dark in the room, hearing noise and talk outside. I quietly got up and dressed. "What's going on?" I asked and read the text from Jono. I ran a hand trough my hair "fuck. Alright. we leave in the morning." I said and went back to the room.

I stretched when he walked back in the look on his face as if something was not right. “Hunter what’s wrong?” He was scaring me right now.

"Nothing. I have to leave tomorrow morning for a few days. Just business that's all." I masked it up, throwing on a hoodie. "You'll be safe here. I have men watching you closely."

“Why can’t I go with you?” I didn’t really feel safe with anyone but him. I was frightened and hated it. “Please just let me come with you your the only one I feel safe with hunter.” I looked at him sitting on the bed, on my knees begging with my eyes.

"I'm sorry but you're safer here. I shouldn't be gone for too long. the less people who know were leaving the safer for us all." I sighed bending to her level and taking her face in my hands "I'll be back before you know that."

I looked at him with worry. “Promise!” I put my hands over his and just started at him. I had a bad feeling about this.

"Yes. I've been doing this for years, sometimes I need to go at last minute and it doesn't usually take long until I'm back again." I squeezed her hands for comfort

I sighed. “I don’t have a good feeling about this hunter please be careful and-“ I stopped and looked at him. “Come back to me.” I said with confidence knowing he wasn’t mine but I felt the need to say it.

"Don't worry, I'll be back to annoy you." I grinned standing back up and pulling her with me "you won't be able to get rid of me that quickly."

I smiled. “Good your kind of growing on me.” I laughed. Nervous about this whole thing. I looked down then at him as some guy opened the door “we gotta go boss!” I sighed looking at him as my eyes filled with water like the idiot I was.

"Alright, I'll be out in a minute." I walked over pulling on my leather vest and bike boots. "Keep out of trouble. I'll lock you up if you're not." I smirked and leant in, giving her a kiss before she could pull away or punch me. "Nice lip gloss flavour." I licked my lips and smacked her ass, heading to the door to leave.

My fingers flew to my lips. He had such soft lips I couldn’t believe it. I sat on the bed scared to death.

Two days it’s been two days I haven’t been the friendliest person Jules kept me company but I was so scared what if he doesn’t come back then what. I walked over to his clothes and picked out a jumper and changed into it. Climbing into bed in just his jumper and my panties I dozed off to a fitfull sleep.

I didn't think she'd be on my mind as much as she has been, which frustrated me as I didn't get attached to women but something about her. I came back, a gunshot wound to the abs which was wrapped and stitched up. I limped back down to the bedroom and found her in my shirt. Smirking as I leant against the door watching her "so I've heard you've been acting like someone pissed in your cheereos."

I rubbed my eyes and looked at the light shinning into the room. I sat up. “Hunter!” I jumped up and ran over and jumped on him wrapping my legs around him as he groaned. I pulled back “oh my god are you hurt?” I tried to pull off of him but he held on.” I was happy he was back.

"As long as you wear a nurses outfit then I'm good." I dug my fingers into the curve of her arse. "You're safe. Noones going to hurt you anymore."

I looked at him what did he mean by that but decided to let it go. “I don’t have a nurses outfit so I’m sorry your out of luck there, but you should let me down if your hurt. Get in bed and let me take care of you, I can fix you something to eat cause I’m sure what you were doing or eating while gone.”

I laughed "you want to fatten me up? Well laying down sounds good but I need to shower first. I'm fine, just a bullet and couple of broken ribs but I will live." I sat her back down on her feet with slow ease and brushed a strand of hair behind her ear "how are you?"

I looked up at him. “Tired but relieved your back.” I lifted his shirt and saw he inface had himself bandaged and bruising all over. “Oh my god!” I ran my fingers lightly over him. “Are you sure your okay?” I looked up.

"Yeah just looks worse than it actually is. I'm used to it by now, just lucky to be alive and back here." I began to unwrap the bandage and slowly peel it off "I'll have to get you to re do it, maybe help with the shower." I smirked pushing my luck

I rolled my eyes. “Wait are you serious? Do you really need help? I mean I have had a broke rib before I know how painful it is so I can’t image having a few and a gun shot!” I didn’t want to get into why I had a broken rib before. But I was so concerned for him.

"The last time I went away, I came back with a concussion and busted eye socket. Ribs heal, usually happens every so often." I laughed but winced at the pain. "So yes to helping me shower?"

I smiled. “Yes seeing as you really need the help.” I pulled him with me lightly worried I would hurt him more. Once in the bathroom I grew really nervous. I have already broke so many rules but this one I didn’t classify as breaking one because I was helping him. I slowly pulled his shirt off completely and then undid his belt as he just stood there. Before going further I turned the water on to heat it up. Then continued pulling his boots and jeans off. He wasn’t wearing boxers which surprised me. Not knowing what to really do next I stood there bitting my lip as it was my nervous tell sign.

"don't worry, it won't bite." I smirked noticing her blush as I stepped into the shower, hissing as the water hit my stomach. Can you wash the blood off me?" I asked leaning back against the wall and looking right at her. "If I bone up ignore it, it's kinda hard not to be hard when you're around me."

I blushed. “Why is that?” I asked because I wasn’t anything special my body was normal by my standards. I grabbed the soap and started to wash all the blood off. “Does it hurt?”

"No." I shook my head. "So you didn't answer my question, why have you been moody these last few days? I heard you were a joy to be around." I laughed a little.
