“Honestly I was done, and i always thought after losing Harvey that I was done, then with another stillborn I was sure I was done, but I done feel like I’m done. Part of me would like another child but the other part is terrified. I love being pregnant, I just don’t know if it’ll happen again.” I looked at him “are you wanting to have a child?”

I shrugged. “I don’t knwk really I mean I kid of don’t remember the beauty of it and want to experience it. I guess I would have to say if I don’t get my memory back yeah but if I do I don’t k ow how I will handle if something went wrong.” I didn’t know if that made sense or not but I was being honest.

“Yeah, I think maybe you shouldn’t have to worry about that. You’ve got seven children, and you need to work on yourself getting your memory back.” I laid there with my head on his chest. “We have all the videos at home of the pregnancy’s and births, you could watch them sometime. There’s hours a of footage.”

I smiled. “Yeah but if I don’t get my memory back in a certain of time would you maybe want to do it all over with me I promise to go get you anything you want even at 2 in the morning?” I didn’t know if she was even going to like the new tanner but I wanted her to.

I laughed “the last time you said that, I had you drive to nine different supermarkets searching for peanut butter ice cream. You weren’t impressed.” I grinned, closing my eyes “maybe, if you love me the way you used to then I’d do anything for you.”

I smiled and pulled her close. “I don’t see that being to difficult.” I kissed her head and listened to the crackle of the fire. “Shit I have a lot I need to write down..”. I moved a little. “I’ll be right back and you can help me!” I stopped and looked at her “if you want or you can relax and lay up against but I don’t want to forgot what we talked about already.”

I smiled, “I’ll still be here. I might go grab a glass of wine tho and some food for us” I slowly stood up, really loving that he was sweet and caring. “I’m not tired, not yet anyway.” I went to the kitchen to make a food platter up for us

I came back out and smiled.  “Damn that’s a lot of good looking snacks beautiful.”  I sat back down and pulled her to me and we smacked s little I wrote some and it was nice.  “So what’s your favorite food?”

“Oh wow, I don’t think anyone has asked me that since we first started dating.” I had to think for a moment, “it’s probably still honey chicken and Singapore noodles. I could eat that all the time.” I smiled. “And I love candy, you usually have to hide it from me when you buy a bag of sweets.”

I laughed. “Honey chicken and Singapore noodles huh? Is that hard to make? I’d like to learn and cook it for you sometime.” I held her closer as I wrote this down. Then asked a few more things.

That’s how our days went getting to know one another again. The kids were coming this weekend and I was so nervous. I still hadn’t remembered a damn thing and the more we talked the more I wanted to because she was easy to fall for. I wanted the life we had back. I saw it in her eyes she did to.
