R:I smiled as we returned to the mansion and I squeezed his hand it was time for me to strike back

J: I smiled at her and followed her into the mansion.

R:I smirked and yelled at the top of my lungs"alright you idiotic wimps it is time you learned that money doesn't grow on trees you have all taken advantage of my intellect and I am sick of it for the next 24 hours you will be cut off from all your assets money, phones, and the house. When you return after the 24 hours I will want a big fat appreciative thank you"I smiled as I saw all of them starting to yell and argue

R:"by the way before you blame him it was my idea I refuse to allow any of you to live off of my hard earnings until you have come to understand the people of the world and you will start now by understanding the underprivileged."I took a deep breath"my father took my inventions and passed them off as my brothers and that was there mistake every last invention you think that idiot in the painting made where my creations that drove me almost to my death"

J: "we know about you, someone was willing to tell it but your father silenced them and tucked away their journals. If that got out it would humiliate our family, just like what you're doing now," he said. "Just do it," I said, "before I call my lawyer."

R: I sighed shaking my head"you stupid fool you know nothing the fact of the matter is I could imprison you all and let you all starve to death just like what my father did to me but I am giving you 24 hours to get to know the people and for you to show me your true colors which so far are just as rotten as my fathers"I squeezed Jace's hand for support

J: I squeezed back but poised myself to press the button to call my lawyer. "Fine. At least allow us clothes if you will, a change for tonight and in the morning."

R: I smiled"that is fine but I suggest you don't where anything to fancy I will give you all just enough money for meals you spend it on anything other then food I will know and that means you will be fully cut off that goes for the little bratty princesses you spoiled rotten too"

J: they all tried to protest with their father but eventually everyone went along with it and got the proper clothing.

R: I smiled and as soon as they all walked out the door I started the timer"and that is how it is done"

J: I smiled and kissed her cheek.

R: I smiled at him"lets go check on your mom"

J: "alright," we went upstairs to her bedroom.

R: I knocked on the door before entering"hello"

J: she lay in the bed resting quietly. I went over to the equipment by her bed to make sure everything was ok.

R:I looked at her peeking at her charts"she seems to be going down hill I can take and try to help her if you want Jason"

J: "what would you do?" I asked her worriedly. My mom already told me when we last spoke she was going, and I wanted her to feel better, and she lives on medications that do that but she hasn't been able to walk nor is she much for conversation. Most of the time she stares off into space.

R: I smiled at him"I would go with a blood test first and figure out what the cause is from the looks it seems to be a form of cancer"

J: "that's what it is, and unfortunately no one has been successful in removing it or curing it. Not here anyway," I said.

R: I smiled"I can see what I can do with trying to create a cure for her but I don't know if I can create it in time she doesn't look like she has much longer"I looked down a bit sad

J: "I just want her to feel better, even if it means I lose her," i said. "She's been sick since I was young, but my dad was the one who made money and he left us around the time she began to get sick. She was already in the later stages when we came to this family."

R: I nodded"I will see what I can do"

J: "thank you," I said as I looked at my mom.
