I smiled that's my girl. "So how about this weekend I have a opening if you'd like if not then it would have to be in two months." Tony said and I looked at her and said. "It's up to you?" Two months thought was a long time to wait but this coming weekend was soon really soon.

I woke sore and somewhat happy. I wasn't on edge or agitated like usual. His arms around me still, it was amazing. Until I heard footsteps down the hall and Mia coming into the bedroom. "Mummy I'm wet." She sobbed and I realised she had wet the bed. "It's ok baby, let's get you cleaned up." I got up quickly and dressed going to bath her and wash the bedding.

I woke to a empty bed shit it how I hoped I would wake. I got up and went to Noah's room and seen he was awake but just laying there. "Hey buddy um mind if I come in and help?" I didn't want to make him upset he and Alex still won't talk to me. I heard Mia and em down the hall so I kept my tone quiet.

He looked at him and nodded slowly. "Ok." He whispered as Alex sat up in bed wide eyed and against the wall staring at him without saying a word.

I sat down first. "Hey do you both think you can help me out?" Noah nodded but Alex just sat there. "I want to make my famous pancakes for you all but I kind of forget you think you guys can help me?" Noah smiled like I was doing and saying all the right things I think he caught onto what I was doing really.

Mia came running in all excited and naked as she took off from being changed "did somebody say pancakes!!"

"Mia! Get dressed!" I laughed coming in behind her with her pants.

I smiled. "Yes my naked princess but I need a lot of help from you and your brothers I think I forgot how to make them. Mummy can go take a bath or something and you three can help! Noah is all for it so what do you say princess and Alex?" I looked up at em and smiled hoping she sees that I really want her to stay.

I grinned sitting down to finish dressing Mia. "Pancakes, yum! I want some of those too." I hadn't ever expected to find him in here with the boys this morning. They haven't spoken to him or been around him long enough to hold a conversation.

Alex just nodded and Noah said "umm milk."

"And eggs! And chocolate!" Mia exclaimed

I laughed. "Lots of chocolate!" I smiled over at Mia and she leaped from her mum to me. "I missed you zan-um-daddy." I smiled and kissed her head . "Me too princess. Okay you and Alex go ahead in the kitchen and I'll help Noah get settled and we can all make mummy the best pancakes ever!"

"That's going to be hard to top, IHOP is pretty amazing." I winked teasing him as I went to tie my hair up and make the bed in our room.

I laughed. And shook my head "you funny funny woman you." Helping Noah move his chair more by himself. Because think he needs that. He was doing good too. We made our pancakes Alex even getting into it and I could have sworn I seen a smile. Now cover in flour and laughing as Em walked in Mia on my hip singing a new song to me and Noah laughing with me as Alex just smile here and there at his sister.

We were all eating breakfast when Lisa turned up with a bag of bagels and the twins excited to come and eat with him. I didn't say anything as she walked in and sat down "oh Zander, moly is starting dance class. You have to come watch her."

I looked over at em then at Lisa. "Lisa we need to talk now." I got up and took her to the other room but stopping to kiss em making sure to whisper, I going to take care of Lisa but remember I'm not leaving you I want us." Walking to the other room I said. "I know you trying to help or at least that's what I think your doing but you can't be coming around here or talking like we are best friends. I divorced you for lots of reasons . That woman sitting in there with the kids, she is my everything her and those kids, don't try to use them to try to get me back because that's not going to happen. Anything concerning the towns you can talk to me about but that's all. You need to leave." I know I wasn't being quiet and I knew Em probably heard everything and I was glad she would hear that I wasn't going to take Lisa's side anymore.

Her eyes widened and she looked almost hurt then smirked "so you're willing to give us up to be with her? She caused this.. can't you see how crazy she is! Her and her disabled fucked up stupid kids!" She sneered. She rolled her eyes turning around and pointing at the twins "they're not yours. Take a test to see for yourself.@

I never have hit a woman but I was close. "They are mine in all ways that count! And as for Em and her beautiful children. They are mine too! Now get the fuck out of my house and be expecting a call from my lawyer. I will have my kids back!"

She laughed bitterly "don't get your hopes up. You'll never see them again." Snarling, she stormed off and told the twins to meet her in the car with her.

"If you didn't hit her, then I was about to." I said coming up behind him after they took off

I didn't look at her I had to call the lawyer. "I'm sorry, I need to make a call I can't let her take them." The thought came back to me if they aren't mine I have no rights to them I may never see them again.

"Don't shut me out." I frowned "I'm here and you know she's bluffing. Just calm down and then react before you do something or say something out of anger."

I turned and looked at her. "I'm not shutting you out, I just need to make sure what she said isn't true. What if they aren't mine we both know that they could very well not be my biological children. But I want us you and me to fight for them." God I felt sick. I always knew the possibility. "Remember I told you this before when we first started to date!" I said then smiled. "I'm remembering more because of you."

"You can't prove anything at 8 in the morning. Wait until we've finished breakfast and the you can call whoever and do what you need." I stared at him, shaking my head. "I can't keep doing this. I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted. It's too much."

"Your giving up on me?" I asked as I couldn't believe this. I was just told flat out that my children might not be mine and now that she was planning to leave me. "Your still going to leave aren't you?" I'm sitting here trying but was it to late. "I'm too late." I said more to myself.

"You're not hearing me." I groaned frustrated. "I'm proving a point, that she comes over and sends you out of control. Your first thing to do is go and call a doctor about paternity when there's children in there needing you too! They heard her and what she said. My children come first to me, after all the shit they have been through, they matter and don't you dare tell me I'm babying them. They nearly fucking died so I'll damn well baby them if I want beause they too suffered in this accident. I guess you haven't heard Alex screaming all night afraid their dead father is coming to take them!" Storming back to the kitchen, I was so angry. I hated Lisa and all of this.

Fuck. She was right that I needed to be there for her children too but the fact she called them hers and not ours hurt. I took. Few deep breaths and walked out there not looking at em at all just focussing in the kids Mia climbed in my lap. "I don't like her." She said and I hated it. "Me either princess me either."

Well breakfast was more awkward than usual and I was dreading the rest of the day. I was so tense after Lisa's arrival and showdown that I just couldn't focus. I watched Noah eating and Alex sitting there staring at his plate, Mia was happily talking to Zander about the pancakes. I just stood up and began cleaning up, tears running down my cheeks as I faced away.

I looked over at her back and sighed. "How about we go to the zoo?" I said hoping I wasn't over steeping. But I know we use to go.

"You should take Mia." I suggested. What he didn't know was the boys refused to go in a car. They were terrified. "It would be nice for you and her to have the day together."
