I smiled that's my girl. "So how about this weekend I have a opening if you'd like if not then it would have to be in two months." Tony said and I looked at her and said. "It's up to you?" Two months thought was a long time to wait but this coming weekend was soon really soon.

"a drink would be lovely, thankyou." she followed behind "your home is wonderful, very beautiful. Did you build it yourself?" she asked "oh sorry, I forgot to introduce myself I'm Coral."

Emilias father held his hand out to shake "I won't pretend to be pleased to be here, learning my daughter left her recently returned dead husband and father of her children to be with a doctor hasn't exactly impressed me."

I sighed "oh dad stop it. Zander is a great man." when he's not going behind my back I thought gritting my teeth as I still didn't face him

I was at lost she was saying the right things but when she didn't look at me with the love I know was there she was convincing anyone. "Sir, I know what Em and I share is worth it, specially when her ex abused her, I'm sure you wouldn't what her still in that situation, I'm sure we can both agree to that. And your grandchildren they shouldn't be with a man who doesn't care for them." I was gritted my teeth now talking about him pissed me off. I handed her mother a drink and kissed Em on the head. "I'm going to go check on the children."

"fine." was all I could say. I heard his mother entering the living room with her fiance. "lunch will be ready in twenty minutes." I said as my parents chatted away with Zanders

I played with the kids while lunch was getting finished I felt terrible and my mum knew something was going on. As I gathered the kids Mia in my arms smiling and as happy as can be we went inside to wash up. I looked at Em and wish I could make her smile before my damn ex caused problems.

When I caught his eyes on mine, I almost burst into tears. Everyone seated around the table, digging into the food I'd prepared. My mother poured me a glass of wine, in which I shook my head no. "Im sorry, I'm not able to.." I said and her eyes widened. "twins, we're expecting twins."

I had to smile she seemed happy about this at least. I looked at her then her father who really didn't look happy. But I looked over at my mum and she seemed so happy. "Oh my lord I'm can't believe two more grand babies to spoil." My mum says getting up to hug me and then Em. I mouthed 'I love you.' To her hoping we would work everything out.

I managed a smile back, he was trying. Before I could mouth anything back, my mum was rubbing my little belly and congratulating us both. "oh this is wonderful, two little babies." I smiled, noticing my dad was frowning "youre not married.." he pointed. I felt the nerves start up "yes, we don't have to rush into marriage. Children are far more of a commitment."

I watched and didn't like where her father was going with this. "Sir I plan on asking your daughter to marry I have it all planned out I just want to suprise her, we have talked about it and if she will still have me then I would be honored for her to be my better half."

A smile played on my lips faintly. "yes well, as we've both been married before, there's no rush but when the times comes.. Anyway, let's talk about something else, I don't want to dwell on the negative.." I said as Noah scrunched his face up at the salad "eww I'm not eating rabbit food mum!"

I smiled at Noah. "Oh but Noah my man rabbit food will help you stay healthy and-" I leaned over and said "helps with your health especially that way your mummy doesn't worry about you as much. You don't have many tics anymore because you've been eating better foods buddy." I know everyone heard our conversation but I wanted to make sure Noah didn't get embarrassed. "Shhhh let's not tell anyone though okay." He nodded pleased with the answer.

"thankyou." I whispered, relieved that Noah didn't throw a tantrum and carry on about eating. One thing was for sure, be was an amazing father and treated mine like his own.

I smiled at her and then we continued to eat with some conversation. After we let the kids play and is adults watched. I wrapped my arm around ems shoulder and whispered. "I'm so sorry, I love you."

"I know you do, and I love you too" I whispered, kissing his lips gently. "I'm still mad, but I'm too tired to argue with you."

I sighed. "I'll do anything for you." I said and then my head snapped when I heard Mia's little cry and beiges anyone else could move I was right there making sure she was okay. I looked up at Em. "She fell off the swing, she will be okay." I picked her up and held her tight.

"nothing is broken?" I worried, like when Tom broke his arm. "have you had enough to eat?" I walked over, feeling my parents eyes on us. "this has been extremely awkward, I feel terrible for ignoring you most the afternoon."

I smiled. "She is good I promise." I kissed Mia's head and smiled "tell mummy your good princess! The I'll get you and the other kids ice cream."

"Im good mummy. Daddy helped me." Mia smiled snuggling against his chest. I walked over and kissed her forehead "just be careful darling." I walked back over to my parents, watching the kids play as Zanders mother talked about her wedding next month.

I walked her as Mia wouldn't let me put her down so I walked over and sat next to Em. I rolled my eyes listen to my mum. I still hated this wedding idea.

"I had asked Zander to give me away.." she sighed.

"oh that's a lovely idea." Emilias mum smiled

Zanders mum shook her head sadly "that's what I thought too, but he said no."

I walked back over, hearing their conversation "dessert is Ready!"

Yeah thanks mum make me look even worse to her parents. "You want some ice cream princess?" I asked Mia again and she nodded I got up and walked into the house with her to get some.

I followed inside, "can I get some icecream too?" I asked leaning over the counter and grinning.

I smiled. "Of course how about you go to mummy while I make us some ice cream princess." I placed her down on the counter and she slid over to Em. I made ice cream and then sat next to her. "My mum is seriously going to marry him?"

I half laughed "honestly I don't think I like him anymore, he is trying too hard.. But she loves him so we have to be happy for her." I leaned in and kissed him, pulling away my forehead against his. "I love you."

I smiled. "God I love you too, I'm so sorry about everything. And your father hates me." I said shaking with laughter. "But I can't wait to propose to you."

"my dad was never going to like you" I laughed which was strange. "Im sorry, I was such a bitch to you... I was mad and hormonal.. And jealous of all things." I admitted
