She decides to escape all the pity looks she has been getting for a year now.  A year ago her husband and love of her life got into a horrible accident.  She was left with three kids.  One who is 2 one that is 5 and the oldest 7.  She didn't know what to do so she took the whole summer off to figure it out and took her babies to the beach for some much needed sun and time to recover specially her oldest who is always upset.  

He is a single dad of two who just recently 6 months ago divorced his pyscho of a wife.  He decided to move far away from her to his childhood beach house with his kids.  He has full custody.  He doesn't believe in love anymore after what she did to him.  All he needs is his kids and his friends.  But his friends think other wise.

"Getting numb right now sweetheart but don't you worry your pretty little head about me I'll be fine." I noticed mum was in the yard as we pulled up and I started to worry. But she smiled a knowing smile and I shook my head.

"What? Is something wrong?" I asked worridly. I began thinking that maybe Noah played up with one of his tantrums.

"No nothing is wrong she just knows if I'm not driving we had a good night." I laughed at the punk coming to ems face. "I love you do you want me to get the kids?"

"Oh" i blushed "so she knows we had some alone time.. thats so embarrassing. You stay here, you have peas remember!"

I laughed forgetting about peas. "Oh of course my mum knows look at my smile that won't leave my face everybody would know!" I winked and kissed her. "Hurry I tho k movie day with the kids would be great!"

"For you.. i want to make a few calls and sort some things out. Maybe i should have dne that yesterday." I leant over kossong him "be right back. Love you"

I shook my head wondering what she had to do. I watched her walk up to my mum and hug her. Then all the kids came running out laughing and smiling Mia was looking all around and I noticed my mum point to me in the car then saw Mia smile brightly.

"Yes daddy is in the car" i laughed as she ran over to the car calling out for him. "How were the kids? Was Noah and Andy ok?" I worried

She smiled. "Oh yes they were both fine the three boys played well together while the girls helped me bake cookies."


I got out of the car and picked up Mia and winced I walked over to mum and my girl stopping to place a kiss on my mum and then my girl. "Any cookies left over." She nodded and I walke off to the house.

"I think the doctor may need a doctors visit" i called out as he limped off. "Thanks for watching the kids again.. it was nice to spend time talking." And making love so much.

"Talking right is that what they call it now a days! I'm just hoping you two made me another grand baby."

I blushed "oh no.. i can't.. umm i have to have a surgery before that happens" i said stumbling my words "soon tho! Hopefully." I really needed to go to the doctors

I smiled. "Oh I do hope so I mean I love al my grand babies but I just know that one made by the two of you would be so beautiful!"

I smiled in agreement. "I know.. i would love nothing more.." i watched him and Mia walking out with a handful of cookies each "he is an amazing father."

"That he is and that Mia just kept asking when's daddy coming when's daddy coming! She loves him so much it's adorable."

I walked up and knew they were talking about me. I smiled. "You ready?"

I nodded "sure are." i smiled picking Mia up as Noah hugged my legs. "i sleepy mummy," he yawned. I bent down and kissed his cheek "you can have a sleep back at home if you like?" he looked exhaused as he nodded. Once back in the house, the kids all laid in the movie room with Zander. I had to make a phone call to Brad and tell him i was filing for divorce, i went outside and called. He was angry and threatened to take the kids from me. He said he was going to make me pay. I hung up and then called the lawyer, Zanders friend. He was getting the paperwork drawn up and sole custody also done. I came back inside and made myself a hot tea, to try and calm down from the crying. I was worried that Brad was going to do something horrible.

I had to pee and grab another drink the kids all passed out after the first movie so I snuck off. I found Em in the kitchen her eyes red and policy. "Hey sweetheart what's wrong why the tears?"

I threw my arms around his neck and cried into his chest "i.. i called him.. and i called your lawyer.. hes so mad." Was.scared of losing my babies.

I held her and kept her close stroking her hair. "Shhh sweetheart it will be okay I won't let him near you or the kids. The new system is up here and at my mums I'll talk to the school and let them know as well. I'll protect you I won't make the same mistake again please sweetheart don't cry." God I could seriously kill her ex.

"He said hes.. hes going to destroy me for leaving him" i said looking up, my eyes blurry with tears "I don't want him to take them. He sounded so angry."

I kept her close. "I won't let him okay I'll call and get the kids some sercurity or something anything to make sure your okay and the kids are too!" I didn't want her worrying that son of a bitch I'll call up everyone I know.

:thankyou.. your lawyer said i have a good chance of full custody after he faked his death and hit me." I said pulling away and sitting down at the table. "I didn't want to take them from him but i don't trust him and he always yells at hm."

I looked at her. "Sweetheart I don't trust him without someone there to make sure he doesn't hurt them I won't let them near him." I didn't like that she hated taking them away with what he did to her I didn't understand. I wouldn't want anyone near the twins if they hurt me or them.

'I know.." thank god he could see things clearly becuase i couldn't. I looked up nervously. "I told my parents.. they want to meet you." i said quietly. Mum was hysterical and dad couldn't understand why i had left Brad. They really liked him. "I told them you make me happy, and that we met a while ago.. they thought it was wrong of me to have moved on so soon but i said i looked at you and felt everything i never knew i could feel. So they want to meet."

I smiled. "I want to meet them too sweetheart just set it up and then maybe you should explain about Brad more they may not be so ruff on you. I love you and they we'll see that I'm not worried."
