Two college students who view life differently meet in there English class one day an it changes things for both of them.

Lani who lost her parents thinks finding love is important and goes through school to achieve two things one getting her degree and two finding love.

(Male)  hates life and things it should be all about fun.  He knows his life could be short due to his father. he lost him at a young age due to a disease he too could have but is not sure if he wants to take the test that well tell him all.

i smiled. "Really a big stuffed animal! Oh my every girls dream!" I said laughing. "Just food for me!" I winked.

"you say that now' I smirked giving her ass a light squeeze as we walked into the store.

i jumped slightly and smiled. "Oh my god they have everything here!" I looked around and saw him smiling at me. "Where to start?"

I laughed and walked over to grab a couple containers "anywhere you like."

"what's your favorite?" I asked as I eyed everything up knowing what I wanted. The gummy worms!" "Mmmmm"

"chocolate clinkers" I grinned grabbing a scoop full. "then again anything with chocolate is good. I've never had gummy worms though."

"oh my god!" I took one and walked up to him and held it to his mouth. "Try them!" I said watching him closely.

I opened my mouth and took the worm..chewing it, I swallowed and looked at her. "they're ok, I still.prefer my chocolate though." I said and took a raspberry covered in chocolate and held it up towards her pink lips "open up. "

i smiled and opened. I licked my lips after swallowing and said. "Ehh I like my worms!" I them picked out lots of candy and decided I was done. "I will have a huge belly ache if I continue!"

"yeah remember all the food you'll eat tonight too!" I reminded taking her container and paying for them both. "wanna go get a shake?"

i smiled. "Thank you and as much as I should say no, I really want one!" I said as he laughed at me. "I can't help it I'm a true fatty at heart!"

"fat? Youre nowhere near fat baby." I smiled roaming my eyes over her. She had the most perfect body ever. I took her hand and we went to grab some shakes then walked to the park. "in five years what do you see yourself doing?"

i laughed. "I'm not sure really I hope to be surfing I always thought I would be married with kids but that kind of went down hill after the accident. What about you?" I asked worried because I was wondering if that question hurt him.

"you don't want kids and a husband?" I asked staring at her "kids are great, I think I'd want five of them."

i was shocked at his answer. "Aren't you afraid?" I asked hating bringing it up. "And like I said I'm not sure what I want." I said butting my lip. "I mean one little thing can change everything you know that just as much as I do.

"afraid of what?" I.asked confused. Why would I be afraid of Jacob kids.

i looked down and away. "Afraid you can pass this disease onto your children." I said sadly. "I don't know if that's how it works but I just would be afraid. You know?" I couldn't look at him.

'i don't have a disease." I didn't even want to think about having the same thing my father did. "I sound get a vasectomy just to be extra careful though." I said making a joke out of it

i looked up. "Matt you don't even remember surfing with your dad and that's a sign of the disease. I really hope you don't but you may." I sighed. "Getting a vasectomy isn't the answer." I felt bad and I hated that I brought this up.

"just because I don't remember something means nothing." I muttered annoyed. It was as if she was thinking I was sick no matter what. "change the subject, no depressing talk anymore. What's th craziest thing you've ever done?"

i sighed. "I don't know I don't think I've don't to much I mean lately but I guess it would have been sneaking out to party. I know I'm boring!@. I said not sure he understood my concern.

"not boring at all. And you're forgetting taking a road trip with a random guy you met a week ago, pretty bad ass if you ask me." I winked.

i smiled. "And you what is the craziest thing you have done?" I said trying to think of something else i could ask.

"letting a girl into my apartment," I said smiling broad "I've never let a woman into my place, let alone draw them like I've done you."

j was shocked that really wasn't a crazy thing to me but to him it was. "So why did you do it?" I asked not sure of his answer. "And I'm sure you and your friends have done something crazy?"
