"I don't really want to call Isabella," I grumbled and stood up, I went to the desk and dialed her number back.

"oh my god Judd thanks for calling me back. I know you hate me but I need help. My husband isn't who he said he was and he is-". I couldn't say it.


I watched judd carefully and wondered what was going on.

i glanced up at Izzy, I knew this was now a client matter and wouldn't be able to tell her, "go on," I said quietly as I started taking notes.

i sighed. "He said he is going to kill me and that I can't leave him. He hit me Judd te bastered hit me!" I say starting to cry. "I can't stay at my moms because he will kill her if I did. I don't know what to do. I didn't want to call Isabelle because she is pregnant. That's why I called you. I need to get away from him."

i lowered my voice and tried not to look at Izzy, I knew she was looking right at me. "Pack a bag and I'll call you in half hour to organise something," I said and hung up. I needed to make some believable excuse up for Izzy. "so I've got a meeting to go to, unfortunately i don't know how long I'll be unreachable for."

I looked at him. Something was up. "Yeah okay." I said not liking that he said he wasn't going to be reachable. I was now upset.

"I love you, I'll call when I'm on my way home." I said and kissed her softly and then kissed Kenzie.

"I love you too". I said and grabbed Kenzie's hand. Something wasn't right. I walked out and saw hie secretary. I gave a small smile. I was going to ask but figured I shouldn't.

I dialled back Emma and she was at a nearby motel. I hated lying to Izzy but this was my job. I drove and met her there, taking my paperwork in to get all the details and see if she wanted to Perdue the divorce.

I went home and when we got there something just didn't feel right. So I took Kenzie on a drive while we were out we paced a nearby hotel and what I saw upset me. I saw Judd's car next to Emma's parked.


I told Judd all about my husband and told him I wanted out. I was just scared of what he would do. I was so upset.

I left the motel after a couple hours and went back to type up the divorce, i had to drop it off to her early tomorrow morning and then send him a copy. I grabbed some flowers on the way home and drove home excited to see izzy and Kenzie.

I had made lasagna for dinner and just pulled it out if the over when I heard the door open. I didn't know what to think. But I couldn't help but think that he was cheating and it was most likely because of our situation.

I walked through to the kitchen and smiled "something smells delicious," I say putting the flowers on the bench and hugging her from behind as I kissed her neck.

I wanted to melt I to his touch but couldn't shake the feeling of seeing his and her car at the motel. "Dinner is done why don't you go wash up." I say in a tone that says I'm tired not really wanting to give it away because I want him to tell me.

i was pretty hurt she was acting so cold but said nothing, "good I'll grab a quick shower, I've got a busy night and morning ahead of me," I say walking off to the bedroom.

"I bet." I muttered to myself not caring if he heard. I hated his job now more than ever. I hates that he had to keep things from me. I didn't realize I was crying till the tear fell and hit my arm.

i showered and ended up jerking off. I was pissed at what she said. I took my time and finally came out into the kitchen, "what's your problem?" I asked pissed off.

My head snapped. Really he had some nerve. "Excuse me? What's my problem?" I looked over at Kenzie. "Did you have a good meeting?" Was all I said. I was now so beyond upset.

"yes I did, don't worry about dinner for me. I'm not hungry anymore," I said and went bed kissed Kenzie "goodnight princess," i looked up t izzy and shook my head "I don't need to come to this after working my ass off all day, you've been rude and can't even thank me for the flowers. Next time I won't bother doing anything nice for you," I said in normal tone then went to the bedroom and got into bed.

Wow he had nerve. I got Kenzie a plate and walked into our bedroom. "Don't bother being nice you your out meeting exs at a motel!" I shouted and walked out slamming the door. I was so mad. I went out side in back and paced back and forth.

i was livid now. I followed after her and made sure Kenzie wasn't around before I spoke "excuse me? What the fuck are you on about?" I growled then scoffed "so you're following me now? Is that it?" I shook my head. "You assumed the worst fucking senario and jumped on it!"

I shook my head. "The face that you think I was following you is absurd! I saw your car and I saw her car! Why else does anyone go to a motel? Your hiding something! I don't like secrets I spent years with people keeping things from me! I won't let it happen again!" I was so upset I started cramping. My hand flew to my stomach as I fell to my knees.

i was so hurt she thought I was cheating on her. I rushed over and picked her up, without a word I took her to the bed laid her down. "I'll ca the doctor," was all I said.

I laid there holding my belly praying everything was okay. I was so scarred and I didn't know what to do or say.

i came back in the room, "she said you most likely will be fine but if the cramps persist through the night then you need to go to the hospital," I say sitting on the bed, "how are they now?"
