When she got up, he was tempted to pull her back down for round two, but decided against it. He fixed his clothes as she did the same with her dress. He smiled at her and kissed the palm of her hand as she touched his face. "neither of us, can afford to be late." he said as he checked to make sure he had his keys and phone. As they walked towards the door he picked up his bag from the bottom of the steps and headed out.

((lol... i'm doing just fine.. entering into the last few weeks of this semester. i have like three weeks left i think.. either way... she was a fairy for Halloween.. with a multicolored tutu and wings and a wand and a head band, but she kept taking the head band off. she don't like stuff on her head... she don't even like to wear hats. lol.. how are you doing?))

"Who knows, maybe the fate has been great to you." He places a soft kiss on her forehead. "So i'm not sleepy--surprisingly--so how about we go for a ride? I know it's late but i'm just up when i know i should be sleep. Unless you're tired and we could just lay here until you fall asleep." He suggested.

((Oh I see, I wish you luck and hope you pass your exams and do good! Aww how cute!! I can imagine her taking the head band from her head haha im doing good just sorta sick right now im thinking a fever is coming cause that's what happened yesterday and im at school so we'll see))

She couldn't help but laugh "A ride would be perfectly fun right now" she said excited. "Who needs sleep when you can just ride a wolf"

He gave her a pointed look at her last comment. "You should be careful what you say." He said jokingly taking her comment many different ways. He shook his head and chuckled and stood up pulling her along with him. "I know this perfect spot we could go to and stare at the stars."

He laughed and shrugged his shoulder, holding the door open for her. "It's in my nature to misinterpret things when there could be a double meaning." He helped her into the truck and got in after.

((The medicine I take is doing it's work but it's only at night that I take it so during the day that im at school it's annoying because I need to have tissues with lol))

"Not in this case is there no double meaning, unless I suggest there is" she said winking at him before buckling up her seat belt as he started the truck. "So where is this place we are going? " her curiosity got the best of especially when it comes to being with him.

((Lol. Happy Thanksgiving... Even though I'm a few days late. But better late than never.))

"I'll keep that in mind." He commented. "It's gonna sound cliche but there's this food I used to go to when I couldn't sleep. The air is fresh and the sky is clear. The best view you could ever have." He explained.

((It's been pretty good. went and visited some family in maryland. how was yours?))

"I would share the world with you if I had it." He said honestly taking her hand in his and bringing it to his lips. "Though it is quite a ride getting there."

She felt his lips kiss her hand and she felt pure bliss to be with him right now. "I don't mind the long trip, i'll go anywhere with you"

((Yeah, this the first time we've actually traveled for thanksgiving.))

((Yeah. Ever since we moved to north Carolina we always had thanksgiving with either my aunt or my uncle.))

He laughed and nodded his head. "I wouldn't dream of it." They drove the rest of the way joking around with each other. Until he finally pulled into an empty parking lot surrounded by trees. "Are you ready?" He ask shutting the car off

"Absolutely ready!" She said excitedly smiling widely as she unbuckled her seat belt and opened the car door getting out.

He took her hand and led her through the path he's traveled so many times before. "Alright hop on my back, we're about to go up a hill and it cn get a bit tricky with all the roots. Especially if you can't see where you're stepping." He stopped after a few minutes of walking. He was able to see everything clearly due to his wolf's eye sight.

They walked for a bit before stopping it was too dark for her eyes to adjust to the darkness "Ok, you ready for me?" She said smiling as she climbed on his back "Hopefully I don't weight a lot"

((You and me both. And Ariel is getting sick again on top of her teeth coming in. So yeah she's got it all. The fever, runny nose, the cough, congestion. It's terrible.))

He couldn't help but laugh. "You'd be surprised at what I would consider heavy. Right now my wolf it's partially in control so as of right now you feel as light as my shirt." He explained as he moved effortlessly through the trees and fallen branches.

((Noo that sucks! Poor little Ariel:( Hopefully she feels better soon, and you too of course! Right now I have a quiz due friday and it was a take home quiz and we can use the book to find the answers but their hard because the professor worded them so it could makw us think of the question which makes no sense because its a multiple choice quiz and I haven't finished it yet))

"Your wolf is half in control?" She asked curios as the trees passed them feeling a soft breeze "So its half you and half your wolf thinking as one, deciding what to do?"

"I guess you can put it that way. I'm still me, except I'm using his strength and with strength comes speed." He tried to explain. "However, sometimes we don't agree on things especially if it pissed us off. While the human side of me wants to rationalize things he's ready to rip someone apart limb from limb."

((I got a D because I lacked information so I have to redue it and I also have the final to it's a take home final and they are both due friday, im still working on the final im not quite done yet. I had my physical ed. Final today. I got an A. Im hoping I get a B for sociology but we'll see. Have you done your finals yet?))

"So your wolf is more into physical harm of someone if they where to have a treat to an innocent victim?" She said wanting to know more. "Like how it was with the night walker for instance?" She couldn't help but shudder from the memory that came from just uttering his name.

((Sounds like you had a busy week. My finals were last week as well. Two on Monday, one on Wednesday and Thursday. And then I had to go to a performance on Saturday for one of my classes and write a critique on it. Now it's al over with. The one class I was failing my final grade was a C. So I ended up with 3B's an A and a C.))


He nodded his head but figured she probably couldn't see him. "Yeah, when it comes to protecting the ones we love I give all reign to my wolf and let him handle the situation especially if it's serious danger like the night walker." He explained and finally sat her down once they made it to the landing. "Close your eyes." He instructed as he stepped in front of her.

She listened to his words as she sat down and closed her eyes wondering what was going to happen next. She calmly sat as she waited for him.

He carefully brought her to the landing and stood behind her. "Open your eyes." He whispered to her. No matter how many times he came here the view always seemed wonderful.
