I heard the phone ringing vaguely and Rick reached into my bra and snatched it out. Looking at me as my eyes closed and opened after my head hit the window, My head hurt all over again and Rick just smirked as he ended the call.

"I feel a little sick, just grab a sick bag from the back seat babe" i said after he clipped my belt up. I rubbed my stomach to ease some of the tightness i was feeling.

i did as she said and I was now in worried mood. I new nothing about this part I wasn't prepared at all! I drove as fast as I could to the hospital where Luke was waiting with a wheel chair. I was so thankful that chars brother was here. I got out of the car threw my keys at valet and got char out. I followed everyone in.

I was now hooked up to a monitor and on a drip. Luke just wanted to track how often I was having pains. My brother was sitting quietly and Tanner hadn't left my side. He looked worried and nervous. I reached over and held his hand, "you nready for this incase its go time?" I asked.

"I am ready but I'm concerned for you and our babies." I say looking at the monitor. "Should I call your mother now or wait beautiful."

"Let's wait a little longer baby, i don't want to panic anyone. Plus Luke doesn't want my waters breaking until a few more weeks." I just needed to sit tight and cook our babies a little longer.

"I'm sorry baby I'm just worried and yes let them cook more! Do you need anything?"

"Could you get me a couple magazines to read?" I asked. "I might just close my eyes for a little bit.

i nodded. "Of course." I bent down and whispered. "Maybe you and your brother could talk because I feel as he is ready to kill me." I kissed her head. "Ill be right back."

Tanner left the room and Damon looked at me. "How are you feeling?" He asked. "Oh so he speaks" I sighed "please dont ignore Tanner, he's trying hard." He scoffed. "He can try harder. He started to turn into Rick and you deserve better than men like that, he of all people should understand that" I just sighed and mouthed be nice as Tanner walked back in the room with Luke.

i knew everyone would be upset and I was okay with that. Even Luke was pissed at me. I walked over to char and handed her her magazines. "So Charlotte it looks as if you will need to stay here. Your having contractions and we are trying to stop the labor but we may not be able to so please be prepared. I told tanner your lucky he got you here as fast as he did." I shook my head. "Should of been faster." I said under my breath.

I took in what Luke was saying, "will they be ok if they're born this early?" I asked yawning, "im not pushing 4 babies out if my water breaks, I will hold my legs shut" i said seriously and Luke grinned. "Charlotte your waters wont break, you are staying in this hospital until you give birth and if the odd chance they break, then you will be taken into surgery immediately. I won't let anything happen." Luke then looked at Tanner, "I think you should organise to have the babies clothing, diapers, bottles, whatever else you need brought it."

"yeah I'll call Taylor and have her being stuff for all of us because I'm not leaving!" I looked at char. "I'm staying her beautiful and if you want me to leave then I will leave this room but I will sit right outside this door!" I say.

I smiled. "You don't need to leave this room. You are my husband and everyone in here needs to cut this silly tension out, i will not bring these babies into the world when my doctor and husband are having some silent fight. Get it sorted out now or i will kick everyone out" I said sitting up and giving them both a slight glare.

i agree with her. "Okay let's get it all out. I fucked up big time I let some idiot come into our lives and threaten my family I didn't handle it good and really fucked up. I really don't care what any of you think because the only ones that have and always will mater is my beautiful wife and children!" I say looking at everyone in the room. "That's good enough for me to hear because you never admit when you fuck up." Luke said and gave me a bro hug.

I looked at them and my smile faded as i gripped the rail beside me, "Uh guys, that's fantastic and all but umm now we have another problem." I say throwing the covers off me. "My water just broke."

i ran over to her as Luke ran and called for help. "Shit beautiful! What do I do?"

I couldn't stop laughing, "Give me your hand" i said and then squeezed his as well as my brothers hard as a strong contraction came on. "You need to call our families to say my water broke, Taylor will know what to do, she's had babies"

i grabbed my phone and called Taylor not letting go of char. "Yes right now." I yelled into the phone. As I thought char was about to break my hand.

"Ahh god Luke you said this wouldn't happen!!" i cried out as a stronger contraction came on. "Ugh please make it stop, it hurts" i said on the verge of tears as i begged Tanner.

"Luke make it stop!" I yelled at him. He came over with some other people. "Okay Charlotte we are going to take you to another room to get everything started tanner the nurse will take you to get ready and bring you to her room." I shook my head. "No I will not leave her!"

"Tanner! You need to clean up and get changed or I won't let you in my O.R." Luke said sternly. I looked at Tanner, "It's ok, I will be fine for a few minutes" I assured him as Luke was giving orders to everyone around him.

i didn't like it. "Fine but you better make this fast!" I say looking at the nurse. I give char a soft kiss! "I love you beautiful."

"I love you too, be nice Tanner" I warned him with a smile. I was wheeled off towards another room where Luke was in blue scrubs and holding a needle. "I'm going to give you a spinal block and then we'll let Tanner in once that is done." I was so nervous as I sat up and leant forwards. Wincing as the needle went in.

after I got cleaned up I waited and was getting worried. Then Luke came out shaking his head. "Calm down tanner she will be fine now get in there and support her." Luke said. I walked in as she smiled. I think she likes me in scrubs! I wiggle my eyebrows at her and sat next to her as nurses kept doing what they were doing. I leans in and whispered. "You ready to be the perfect mommy!"

"I am, are you ready to never sleep in again?" I joked. "I wish we had a little more time together" I said quietly as i felt a slight pressure. Moments later I heard a small cry "its a boy, one down, three to go" luke said cheerily. He was wrapped and placed on my chest. "He's perfect" I smiled and looked at a teary Tanner.
