There is this boy who is grows up as a orphan. He spends all of his teen years looking for his family that he was told he had. The orphanage told him he has a mother, a father and a younger sister when he was 13. He got supper excited because he was now old enough to be on his own. He searched and searched. But he never told anyone. After a while he begins to think that either a. They lied to him or b. that his family didn't want him.

The girls who was told her older brother and father died in a horrible accident when her mother was pregnant. She didn't believe this and thought something was off. After college she meets this guy and there is something about him. He won't talk about his past to her but they beco,e attractive to one another. They begin to have romantic feelings for one another. But what they don't know is they could be sister and brother.

I shrugged and lifted my head, "is it a bad thing if I want to? like I cant stop thinking about being with you like that." I whispered and took a small step closer to him.

"I want to too, but not like this. You deserve better. Let's go get this test and see what happens then." I just don't know if I can be around till I know the results.

At least he didn't completely reject me. "You're right, im sorry that was stupid of me." I slapped my forehead, sleeping with my maybe brother, what the hell was I thinking. I laughed and smiled him. "Let's get this over with."

i felt like shit. "How fast do you think it will take to get the results?" I asked I didn't want to wait a long time.

"I think probably a couple weeks the most, they send them away don't they?" I say.

"I honestly don't know, but if it takes a couple of weeks I don't know what in going to do." I say. I actually do know, I'll be working a lot to keep my mind off her. Just because I can't control myself now after that kiss.

I laughed, "Well we can always make out." I winked and seen his reaction, I quickly nudged him with my arm, "I'm kidding, we'll just act as friends and hang out as friends only."

"honestly that will be really hard to do." I say as we reached car. As we drove I felt as if I just wanted to hold her, but I couldn't. I needed to figure out what would happen if we were and what would happen if we weren't.

I felt a little upset that he didn't want to hang out anymore. "that's ok, I might be working a lot also." I lied. this was going to be hell.

i pulled into the clinic and looked at her. "Holly it's not that I don't want to hang out with you. I just, I don't think I can just be friends with you. Specially after that kiss. I don't even want to think that you could be my sister either. I'm sorry if I upset you." I say.

"It's ok, I get it. I mean biggest boner kill would be shagging your maybe sister." I said and laughed it off. Joking was the only thing to get the thoughts of him naked from my mind.

"well shall we?" I say not knowing what else to say. She nodded and we walked out and into the clinic. They took us into a room and I felt uncomfortable with all the questions.

"have you both been sexually active together?" the woman asked, I felt my cheeks flushed. "No, we're.. umm we are just friends." I lied a little. After more questions we had our bloods taken and was able to leave. "So, one week and we'll know." I said, I hoped the time flies by fast.

the lady nodded and said "as long as nothing goes wrong." I shook my head. "Nothing better go wrong this week is going to be hard enough." I say and looked at Holly. "Let's go. I have to get to work." I just wanted out of there.

He seemed annoyed but I didn't ask, I think I knew already. We walked to the car and drove home in silence. "I'll see you around then." I said and walked off my apartment. I felt like things were over before they begun and I didn't want him to see me cry

god I wanted to grab her and hold her. But I didn't. I was to chicken shot to do so. I walked into my apartment and grab my work bag and left. This was going to be the longest week.

Two days had passed and I hadn't seen or heard from Jace. Two very long days, I had worked for most of them and was walking back after the evening shift. It started to rain and I had to make the run back home, two buff guys were walking towards me and stopped at I got closer, "well looky here, whadda we have, some fresh meat?" One chuckled and nudged the other. I looked around and kicked myself for missing my street.

i had picked up some cop duties since we had nothing going on. I was responding to a disturbance call about two guys. When I found them I was pissed they had some girl pinned. I didn't want to know what they were going to do. Back up was on the way as I got there and confronted the guys. "Freeze! Let her go and step away!" I yelled when one did I notice the other smirk and turn as he pulled the girl with him he held her with a knife. She screamed and that's when I noticed the girl was Holly. "Fuck." I say as the other took off running. My buddy showed up and went after the other guy. "You don't want to do this! Let her go and we can talk. Look I'm putting my gun away just let's talk about this." I had to try to reason I couldn't let anything happen to her. I also couldn't let him know I knew her.

"na coppa, run along and leave us alone" the guy said, I looked at Jace, pleading with him to help me, he seemed to be jnowing what he was doing, I thought about trying to make a run for it but decided against it.

i shook my head. "Sir I can't do that! Now please put the knife down and let her go." I was getting angry and I wanted to kill him. The guy shook his head a laughed. I took my other gun and didn't give a warning I shot him in between his eyes as Holly screamed I ran to her and caught her. "Are you okay? Did they hurt you? Why are you even in this side of town?" I didn't let her speak I just slammed my lips to hers god I just killed this jerk and all I wanted was her to kiss me back.

"You.. you.. killed.. oh my god!!" I said in a panic as I caught my breath and then grabbed him tightly and kissed him back with all the passion I could give. I didnt care about results I just needed him.

as we kissed I heard a fellow officer clear his throat. "Man I hope you know her officer Jace!" I pulled away and chuckled. "Yes Adam I know her." I smiled at Holly. "Damn Jace you got lucky with this one she's beautiful!" Adam said. "I know she's te most gorgeous woman I've ever seen." I still didn't take my eyes from hers.

I could feel myself blush. l didnt know where this left us but I wasnt going to bring that up. l linked my fingers through his and lent into his side. " So officer, do you think you Could give this girl a ride home so im not near this dead body, which by the way may now result in you Spending every night with me to help with the nightmares, " I grinned Shyly up at him.

i smiled, "I have to run to the station and do a report on this first. You can come with me so your not alone." I leaned down and kissed her lightly. And whispered, "I will stay with you anytime you want!"

"tonight" I said with a smile and kissed his lips quickly, "will you turn the lights on, policemen are quite sexy you know" I winked.
