Her father chief of the farys made a proposal for her daughter to marry the next alpha male in the pack for the protection of her town. Their being attacked by creatures noyone knows about, the werewolves are the only ones that can help them out. This is the first time something like this has ever happened. When her father told her about his proposal with the alpha about wanting her to marry his son, the next alpha in line.
