I think there's a problem with this: no one is gonna want their char to die. We'd have to remodel a bit.

I like the sound of that. A team of four diving the the 24 players into 6 equal teams? what about having it like a drawing like deal on who is on teams so that way it's random in the story? That way the Carree kids don't end up on the same team. Even out the playing feild you know.

the games reason and life conditions will remain, we'll just have our own characters with their own background but if anyone wants to be a character from the book its okay.

Why wouldn't we want you to join Lovely?!
That would give us 2 more characters to ad to the massive 24 that would be cool if we could that many people to play.
