“Nope class is done for today but I have a full day tomorrow which will suck because I will miss you.” I walked over and wrapped my arms around her. “And you are very smart baby, you can help me if you want.”

“I’d rather kiss you” I groaned pulling away to sit “alright, let’s get some studying done, then maybe we could go to your place?”

I smiled. “I don’t mind hanging here you know. I mean don’t get me wrong we would be completely alone at my place but I don’t want to push things you know.” I grabbed her hand. “”Okay I need to figure if I want to write about running a company or being a part of a company. I thought about asking your dad some questions too.”

“You should ask him, or my mum. They both have their own Businesses.” I agreed then cocked my head to the side. “And are you afraid to be alone with me?”

I smiled. “No I’m not afraid to be alone with you, I’m a little afraid I won’t be what you need in some ways, but I’m not afraid to be alone with you. I just want you comfortable.” I sounded like a idiot. She was chewing on her lip thinking most likely that I am a idiot.

I was confused. “What do you mean you’re not what I need? I don’t understand?” What did he think I wanted? I haven’t asked anything of him.

I gave a small smile. “What if m not good at I’m well sex? What if I last like two seconds and don’t please you?” I sighed. “It’s a little nerve racking. I want to make you happy in every way possible.”

“What makes you think I’m wanting sex? I think you’re forgetting I haven’t done it either.” I said quietly, extremely embarrassed. “You’re making me sound like I have high expectations and want it. Trust me, I am not even ready to go that far.”

I just kind of looked at her. “You’re right I’m sorry.” I felt like a ass. I just assumed she would want sex. “I’m afraid that if we are alone for a time that we may rush things too and I don’t want to rush anything with you. I’m sorry for thinking this I don’t know why really I just don’t want to rush and obviously you don’t ekther, but it’s like when we kiss I just want to keep going, what if I lose control? What if I hurt you unintentionally?”

“You won’t hurt me. I’ll tell you to stop, because as much as I want to keep going, I’m too scared to go any further and I don’t worry when we are alone.” Maybe we were different, he’s thinking about sex and I’m not.. I couldn’t keep him happy. “Let’s just focus on your studying.”

I nodded. “Okay, lily I love you.” I said and she just nodded. Shit I fucked up. We were quite for a while I workingkng and her trying to help here and there but something wasn’t right. “Do you want me to go?” I didn’t want to but she seemed upset with me.

“Maybe you should.” I said quietly. “I might go into town with mum and help her” it felt awkward, and I was worried he wasn’t interested

“Oh.” I said and gathered my stuff. “Lily I’m sorry if I said something to upset you, I just really don’t want to screw things up with you.” I stood and kissed her softly. “I love you and don’t want to scare you off by being honest with you. I’m sorry if that did in fact scare you. I’ll call you later.”

“You didn’t scare me at all.” I promised. “I just think maybe we both need to have a think, and just see if this is what we both want.” I worried he would want to experience others, and I know I can’t give him all the freaky shit most men like.

I looked at her. “I don’t need to think about what or who I want lily, I have thought about it for a while. You are who and want I want. If you need time then I’ll give it to you but I will be right here for when you are ready.” I hated that it felt like I was rushing her.

“I love you.” I leant forwards and kissed him softly. “I’ll call you later.” I went inside, and went back to my room. I laid down and worried I had lost him. I wanted him so badly, I loved him with all my heart. I sighed, this was frustrating.

I went home and sat there not able to do anything but think about her. I had to wait for her to call and I didn’t like that so after a while I texted her -can’t stop thinking that I have lost you before I really had you, please tell me that feeling isn’t right tell me I still have you please! Xx-

I read his text, and can’t believe he thought he had lost me. I didn’t go with mum, instead I grabbed my car keys and an overnight bag. I made my way to his house, and knocked on the door. When he answered it, I didn’t say anything except throw my arms around his neck and kiss him hard. “I kept thinking it was all too soon, that I was afraid.. but I realised I’m not afraid to be with you, I want to be with you.. I’m afraid of losing you. I’m scared that I won’t be enough for you. You’re enough for me Gunnar, nothing with you will ever be a regret and I don’t have to have to stop because you’re afraid of hurting me. I know you’ll never do that.”

I was shocked. “Lily!” I said and pulled her up so her legs wrapped around me. “We don’t have to do anything that’s not what I was trying to get you kiwthat right? I love you I want you but I won’t rush us.” I kissed her and shut the door. “Are you staying here tonight?”

“Yes I am.” I smiled, with a nod. “I want to stay here with you, if that’s ok. I know you have class in the morning and I can leave when you’re about to.” I bit my lip, wondering if he wanted me to stay or not. “I don’t have to tho.”

I smiled. “I would love for you to stay and I would love for you to actually be here when I finished school too.” I kissed her. “It’s going to be a long day and I’d really love to come home eat with my girl and just relax, maybe let her come with me and pick out a puppy!”

“You’re getting a puppy?” My eyes went wide. “Oh I definitely want to come help you choose a puppy.” I smiled pulling away, and sitting on his couch. “So my parents don’t know I’m here yet, I’ll text mum.”

I looked at her.  “Oh Shit you better make sure it’s okay that you stay I don’t want to piss them off.”  I sat down  next to her and pulled her close.  “I’m really sorry for earlier. I just really really care about you.”

“There’s nothing to be sorry about. We both clearly assumed things, and I know when the time comes, it’ll be perfect.” I rested my head against his chest and cuddles closely as I text my mum - at Gunnar’s, staying the night here. Be home tomorrow xx -

I smiled and held her close. “How about we get dinner and then go get a puppy that way if you stay here tomorrow during the day your not alone!” I kissed her head. This puppy would be ours not mine but ours.
