Escape ( Ash and Mel )

I laughed “its ok, my husband can go get me one later.” I grinned “better step up your a game mr cook.” I smiled even more, rubbing his arm.

After my shower, I dressed and tied my hair up, pulling on my warm coat and gloves, I walked down to them “I’m ready when you are.”

I smiled. “Okay let’s go. We can walk and then if you want we can go and get a shake and burger for lunch.” I said hopin I wasn’t sounding pushy. I waved to her parents and walked out taking her hand. “So did you sleep good last night?” I didn’t I kept thinking of her and what they did.

“Yeah I slept alright.” I smiled. “I woke up and you were gone.” I didn’t want to tell him that I’ve been awake for hours, unable to sleep or stop thinking about that night. “So where are we walking to?” 

The boys headed off the ski, and it was just us. “It’s awfully quiet. It’s strange, this is what an empty nest feels like I thjnk.” I laughed, hating it as I packed the dishwasher.”

“Well we can always just have more babies after this one!” I winked and walked up behind her. “We can practice more right now!

“We can just walk around and talk or whatever you want. I don’t mind. I would be on a plane today so I didn’t have anything going on”

I laughed, “you’ve had me already this morning.” I grinned, closing the dishwasher. “Want to watch a movie? Or we could go bike riding?”

“Movie it is then!” I smirked. “A good scary one that way I can hold you close and maybe get you to put out.” Laughing I kissed her. “Or we can light a fire and sit there and read.

“Read?” I laughed “I definitely won’t be putting out if I’m reading, but curled in front of the fire sounds nice.” I smiled. “I’ll grab some snacks.” I licked my lips hungrily

Laughing at her. “Hey you can read one of those naughty books you like and that will get you in the mood!” I said going to get the fire going and wait on her. As I sat there I had a flash of a memory our wedding and honey moon hitting me hard god I wanted to hold on to everything that came back.

I grabbed a bag of corn chips, making my way to the living room. The fire setting the mood that I assumed he  was trying to create for us. “Very romantic baby. I like the look of this.” I smiled, curling up on the couch “are you alright? You look lost in thought.”

I pulled her to me and smiled. “I’m perfect, you know that time when we were um caught in the ocean by that older couple? That was a good time wasn’t it! I mean it followed a special moment in our lives didn’t it.” I waited for it to sink in and she looked at me with confusion then understanding.

What was he talking about? I frowned a moment and then I looked shocked “they were horrified.” I smiled “it was funny.” I remembered

“I remember, it was pretty funny.” I pulled her to me. “I’m getting more and more back, it’s exciting.” We sat there in silence for a while just watching the fire. “Lily will be okay won’t she!”

“She will be. She’s stronger than she knows, but a day at a time. Don’t expect miracles overnight. I remember when it happened to me for the first time, I could barely leave my room. I was too scared to sleep or go anywhere. I had no one to tell.” I whispered. “Then it happened again, and again and soon it became my life. That’s until I met you.” I smiled, resting my head against his chest “she will wake up one morning and feel like living.”

I nodded. “You came to my work and that’s was all I needed. You changed my life as well that day.” I saw her bruised and it hit me hard. “No woman should ever have to deal with that.”

“You’re slowly remembering. I like that.” I rubbed his chest and sighed “I love you. So damn much that sometimes I still can’t believe we’re where we are right now.”

I smiled. “I’m glad we are here right now. I would be even happier is I was between your legs giving you pleasure!” I smirked and moved my hand between her legs.

I rolled my eyes “of course you would.” I laughed, squeezing my legs shut. “You’re insatiable..” I smiled kissing him.

“I think you’re a sex addict.” I grinned. “I need romance Tanner, yes sex is great and I love making love and fucking but that’s all we’re doing, you can’t ever just hold me without needing to fuck.” I felt like that’s all I was, that that’s all he wanted.

I pulled my hand away quickly. “Shit char I’m so sorry, I didn’t realize that’s want I was doing or making you feel like you are. I’m addicted to you that’s for sure. But I don’t need to have sex, I can hold you.” I kissed her head. “I’m so sorry baby.”

“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to snap, I love being with you, it’s just I miss when you used to romance me.” I said, sighing quietly.

I laughed. “You deserve the romance baby and I’ll be glad to show you and give you that. I’m sorry for not seeing that I wasn’t.” I kissed her head and smiled. “I love just being with you any way I can.”

I smiled, groaning “well now you’ve gotten me all horny anyway.” I stood up, still in my pyjamas and untied the silk robe. Dropping it to the floor as I stood by the fire, i straddled his lap and ran my fingers through his hair “take me out for dinner tonight. Just us, the kids can sort themselves out. I want a night with my husband.” I kissed him slowly.

I groaned. “Mmmm I think I can make that happen!” I gripped her ass and pulled her on me and groaned more. “Damn I love you.”
